At Vitafoam Uganda, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality mattresses, pillows, cushions, baby products, and bedding solutions that meet customer expectations. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The return request is made within the approved return period

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must remain unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be retained where possible
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not qualify for returns once used, including:

  • Pillows
  • Mattress protectors
  • Opened bedding products
  • Customized or specially ordered products

Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are also not eligible for returns.

Return Request Timeline

Customers should report issues within:

  • 48 hours for damaged or incorrect deliveries
  • 7 days for manufacturing defects

Late claims may not qualify for replacement or refund approval.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds may be processed through the original payment method
  • Approved refunds may take several business days to reflect
  • Delivery fees may not be refundable unless the error was caused by Vitafoam Uganda

Product Exchanges

Where applicable, customers may exchange eligible products for:

  • A replacement item
  • A different size
  • A similar product of equal value

Additional charges may apply when exchanging for higher-value items.

Delivery Damage

Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage should be reported before signing delivery confirmation documents.
